• Sightseeing other than those specified
• Domestic Airfare To and Fro within Japan (Domestic Sector)
• Guaranteed early check-in charges
• Personal travel plans / programs before, during, or after the tour
• Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for tickets
• Any change in the hotel cost prior to departure due to rate fluctuation
• Airline & Hotel up gradation charges
• Meals other than mentioned.
• Entrance fees to all mentioned sightseeing in the itinerary, rest of the sightseeing points are marked as visit or photo stops or may not require an entry charge.
• Any airfare / other transportation / other services not mentioned in the ‘Includes’ column

The above cost does not include any Surcharges which might be levied by the respective hotels during any special Events or Exhibitions taking place during the requested dates.

Payment Policy:

1: Kindly be informed we request full payment before arrival and our payment policy is as follows.
2: Booking Deposit – INR 50,000 Per person at the time of confirmation. Visa Process can begin 90 Days prior to departure.

3: Balance Payment – 45 Days prior to group DEPARTURE date.

Cancellation Policy:

1: If you cancel your bookings, we will charge cancellation fees as follows:
2: Before 45 days of DEPARTURE date – 0% of charges will apply. ※ Service charges will apply
3: Before 45 – 30 days of DEPARTURE date – 25% of Ground Package Cost mentioned above.
4: Before 29 days to 15 days of DEPARTURE date – 50% of Ground Package Cost mentioned above.
5: Before 14 days to 7 days of DEPARTURE date – 75% of Ground Package Cost mentioned above.
6: Before 6 days to Day of DEPARTURE or NO SHOW – 100% of Ground Package Cost mentioned above.
7: Towards service charges INR 20000 per person will be deducted at the time of cancellation.

Note:
Booking is not made yet and booking confirmation will be made based on hotel availability.
Changes may apply to the itinerary depending on weather, traffic and any other conditions.
Tour fare may change depending on availability of hotel & coach etc.
Coach & guide usage must be maximum 10.30 hrs per day strictly (within 09:00 – 21:00).
We need extra assignment of coach & guide if you exceed number of pax (pre-booking only).
